Steering Group

The Steering Group is made up of the following members:
Carol Gierak (Chair)
Rick McKinley
Fran Ota
David Allen
Thelma Arnott

The Steering Group's responsibility is to lead and direct the restructuring project. They sign off on the project deliverables, such as; the project charter, scope document, communications plan and schedule. The Steering Group does not make decisions but determines which project recommendations are brought to the Executive. The project manager reports to the Steering Group.
