Rev. Dr. Lillian Perigoe
Conference Minister for Personnel Policy and Support: As Conference Minister for Personnel Policy and Support, Lillian provides staff support and resources to the committees which comprise Toronto Conference’s Division of Ministry, Personnel and Education and to the presbytery committees which do the work associated with Pastoral Relations and Education and Students. She provides information, workshops and support to presbyteries, congregations, ministry personnel and others on personnel policies and procedures, pastoral relations, preparation for ministry, transfer and settlement, professional development, EAP and other counselling resources, emergency response teams, chaplaincy, pensions and group insurance, sexual abuse and misconduct, personnel emergency funding, and disability or survivor benefits. She also helps to provide liaison to the General Council offices of Ministry and Employment Policies and Services (MEPS) and Ministry Vocations (FFE), as well as to the national network of Conference Personnel Ministers.
