Cedar Glen Fund
Helping Fund Education

The Cedar Glen Fund of Toronto Conference was established with the funds from the sale of the Cedar Glen property, northwest of Toronto. The interest on the capital of the fund is used to help members, adherents and employees of The United Church of Canada attend educational events through individual grants of up to $500 per year. Additionally, grants are made to groups and Centres of Education in support of educational endeavours.

Our church encourages both ministry personnel and lay persons to find educational opportunities to make them more effective ministers. By providing up to one third of the cost of attending an event, the Cedar Glen Fund opens up educational opportunities to United Church people in Toronto Conference that might not otherwise be possible.
